Hi, I’m Denise Yeo. I’m a REALTOR® who is dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services to assist you in meeting your home buying and home selling real estate needs. Simply stated…a real estate agent who listens!
One of my clients said, “It was our lucky day when we found Denise to be our eyes and ears in Tennessee. She is the best.” I put my client-centered focus to work by serving others as they seek to buy and/or sell what many people consider to be their most valued asset, their home!
Our first step is to connect and collaborate so I can listen to learn what your present real estate goals are during this present life transition. The next step is to develop a plan to meet those goals, and then, carryout the plan together by partnering with one another.
The truth is, I believe I’m lucky too! What a blessing to serve families as they move through each phase of the home selling and/or home buying process. It’s a privilege to share in this journey with families. Home…the place where precious life memories are made!

Thinking about buying? Oh, how I love to experience that “aha” moment with families when clients step across the threshold of the home they want to buy…the home where they believe their life’s story is destined to continue to unfold.
Each family involved in the real estate process, whether buying or selling, is experiencing a unique life story that involves change. That means it’s all about serving people’s needs in their current life circumstances. I’m a Native Tennessean
I have spent the majority of my life right here in Big Orange Country…home of the University of Tennessee Vols and Pride of the Southland Band. Go Vols! East Tennessee has been a great place to raise children and build a lifetime of memories.
I love to sit down at the kitchen table with families, uncover needs, and then, develop and implement a plan to fulfill those needs. My most cherished bonus in all that…developing lifelong relationships with families that I have had the pleasure to serve. Some may say that was luck; however, I believe that every interaction with someone is a providential encounter.
