Multiple factors come into play when strategizing how to price your home to sell in today’s real estate market.

This is another important step in both the home buying and home selling process. During this phase buyers may choose to have several different types of inspections performed. It’s important for buyers to do their due diligence once under contract to purchase a home. At times, a homeowner might decide to have a home inspection completed before listing the home for sale.
